Shipping
All items are shipped through USPS. Please make sure you enter your shipping information correctly during checkout. You will be sent an email with tracking information when your order is processed and scanned by the post office. After the package is in possession of the USPS, Epic Designs is no longer responsible for your items. If your package becomes lost, please contact USPS as soon as you can.

Turnaround Time
Depending on the time of year and how busy I am, my turn around times can be anywhere from next day to 7-10 business days. I own and operate this business solely on my own. Please know that I will ALWAYS try my hardest to make your items in a timely manner! In an emergency time crunch situation, I may be able to help you out, so please contact me!

Return & Exchange Policy
Returning or Exchanging an In-Stock item
If you purchased an In-Stock item that wasn't custom, and you'd like to return or exchange it, the item must be unworn with no signs of use, and can be returned to me at the buyer's expense. Once the item is received, I can exchange the item with something of equal value, or give you a store credit! No payment refunds will be issued.
